I bought this at the local WalMart. Do not take them as prescribed. I can only one per day. If you take the recommended dosage, they will you feel extremely hot and sweaty, and as you have something to crawl under the skin. One thing I hoped, but unfortunately did not feel that is more energy, and I have not lost any additional weight. The only thing that has ever worked for me, is nothing other than Phentermine Phentermine known. However, if you have insurance, you must go to the doctor to pay visit to the doctor, then go to the pharmacy and get the prescription filled. The recipe is very limited, so that you pay the doctor once every 30 days and pay for a new recipe to have. I wish it were sold over the counter, I can not see, there is no more harmful than many of these herbal mixtures.
